Product Details

4905 is a clear acrylic VHB tape. It is colourless making it ideal for bonding transparent materials or for applications where a coloured bond line is unacceptable.
These tapes have somewhat lower peel, tensile and shear performance than most other VHB due to their inherent softness.

This product bonds to high energy surfaces such as glass, acrylic sheet and metals.
Painted surfaces and varnishes should be evaluated.

Widely used in automotive interior parts, Auto trim, auto glass, auto pedal, seals, surfers, round arc, block flow, plate brake light,, home appliances, decoration, curtain wall structural adhesive fixing.

Sealing between inner and outer domes of skylights;
Attaching handles to sliding glass doors;
Mounting back-lit translucent signs
Edge bonding resin-filled glass.

Bonding to Polypropylene and rubbers is not recommended.
